A note from Dr. Bahl

Hello, and thank you for being here.

I’m deeply passionate about my work as a psychologist. My interest in mental health began while growing up in a Punjabi household, where the messages about emotions were mixed — family problems stayed in the family, feelings stayed hidden. Looking back, it was a confusing way to understand mental health — and one of the reasons I became so curious about people!

I provide individual therapy as well as couples therapy for adults from diverse backgrounds and identities. Together, we create a space where you can feel understood, explore what matters most to you, and move toward a life that feels authentic and meaningful.

I also provide psychodiagnostic and ADHD assessments for adults — thorough, thoughtful, and attentive to the whole picture: your strengths, life experiences, cultural context, and any overlapping concerns. My goal is clarity, understanding, and practical recommendations you can move forward with.

Beyond the therapy room

A few things that keep me grounded

Music & concerts

Rap & hip-hop, soca, dancehall, reggae, EDM, house, and Punjabi music — you’ll find me at a concert or festival, dancing my heart away.

Movement

Walking is my favourite — exploring nature, culture, and architecture. I also love hot yoga …And dancing…always dancing!

Art

Winding down with something made by my hands — hand embroidery, pottery on the wheel whenever I can, and I’m learning to crochet.
