We provide comprehensive adult ADHD assessments, which includes a clinical interview, developmental history, and standardized questionnaires. We can also provide therapy sessions which cover practical strategies for organization, procrastination, time management, focus, and task completion. Depending on your needs, sessions may also address emotional overwhelm, frustration, and heightened sensitivity to criticism or perceived rejection—while helping you build greater emotional awareness, self-compassion, confidence, and healthier ways of responding.
